eaglei3 3 years ago #2. Chest loot does not improve with world level. Chest loot only depends on the level of the chest (Common, exquisite, etc.) As for chest respawns, no one knows what controls it. Most of us are lucky to find a random respawn chest when you don't specifically hunt them for hours. The quantity that comes back is very very low.
