Doable in theory (someone even managed to get Kodi working on webOS as a native app), but webOS TVs have pretty weak main CPUs. Your phone probably has a better chip than your TV. My webOS 1.4 model has a dual-core LGE LG1311 B1 chipset (ARM Cortex-A9) with 1 GB of usable RAM and some kind of PowerVR GPU.
