Peugeot 207 1.6Hdi 110bhp Sport - 35,095miles - DPF Removal - MARCO_GRIMA : Unfortunately, when I had the DPF problem on my vehicle, I panicked and only searched for companies who removed it "professionally" and when I came across s***** ltd's eye-catching website and noticed that they were even offering "lifetime guarantees" on their workmanship, I was taken in by their hype and bull and wentSince that moment no warning lights until May 2019 when they stared appearing and even the engine malfunction warning light which disappeared after 2 days somehow. Car was at around 55,000 miles. Recently at 62,000 got twice DPF sooth high level + SCBS front + DSC + engine malfunction when the car is constantly driven on motorways. High Engine Oil Level Warning. I have only owned the vehicle for 6 weeks and yesterday an orange spanner warning light came on. I looked up the problem in the owners manual and on the cars computer and it seems as though the car has a 'high engine oil level'. The oil level on the dipstick is about half an inch higher than the 'X'.
MAZDA PROBLEMS I've got a Mazda 6 Ts2 (143) 2.0 Tdi 2007 and it has only done 74k miles. A warning light has come up on the dashboard for the dreaded DPF light. It came up last week on Tuesday 18/08/15. I drove it down to the garage where I last had it serviced some only 2000 miles ago back
2009 2.2 diesel TS2 - recently had engine management warning light on for 2 weeks, although no noticeable change in how the car drove. It has now gone off for the last few days. I've had the light come on randomly in the past (maybe about 4 times over 4 years), but only for a few days, again with no noticeable effect on the car.Re: Discussions about DPF. « Reply #84 on: May 10, 2016, 10:55:17 am ». Eventual fix for 2007 Mazda 6 TS2 2.0 MZR Diesel 143ps DPF problem. I hope this will help some people, as I used a lot of info on the Forums working my way thro to an eventual fix to DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) causing engine management (MIL) to go into limp mode.
A diesel particulate filter (DPF) is a filter that captures and stores exhaust soot (some refer to them as soot traps) in order to reduce harmful emissions from diesel cars. But because they only have a finite capacity, this trapped soot periodically has to be emptied or 'burned off' to regenerate the DPF.
