The 32-year-old Carlsen became the World Champion for the first time in 2013, when he beat India’s Viswanathan Anand. Carlsen retained the title against Anand the following year. AlphaZero played around 20 million games in those 4 hours. If I recall right it was 44 million games. But yeah you're got the right order of magnitude. They did play 44 million games when their training was 7 hours, but 4 hours was their later claim. Magnus has trained for a lot longer than 3 years, so seems fair.
