The 32-year-old Carlsen became the World Champion for the first time in 2013, when he beat Indiaā€™s Viswanathan Anand. Carlsen retained the title against Anand the following year. AlphaZero played around 20 million games in those 4 hours. If I recall right it was 44 million games. But yeah you're got the right order of magnitude. They did play 44 million games when their training was 7 hours, but 4 hours was their later claim. Magnus has trained for a lot longer than 3 years, so seems fair.
