You may need a torch. With a long flat object (like a screwdriver) try to rotate the fan (another reason why the ignition need to be switched off. If it wont move then try something larger like a file. This will give you a larger surface area to apply pressure to the vanes of the fan without risking damage to the fan.
just out of curiosity, where is the heater control valve located on the 2006 e90 bmw 325i? i took off the cabin filter and frame but I could not find it. if this vehicle has a heater control valve, they do a good job of hiding it.

The replacement seat module more than likely needs to be coded to your car in order for your car to recognize it. Search on craigslist in your area for "BMW coding" to see if anyone has the proper programs for reprogramming modules.
2006 330i [0.00] Rear Defroster Stopped Working. Hi Guys, This morning I had started my car and my front defroster worked great, but my rear defroster didn't do shit. This is the first time this has happened. I have searched online, and most people say to check the fuse, so I will do that soon, but was curious if anyone has any other - heater fan speed gets decreased to 75%, 50% or 25%. - seat heating gets reduced or turned off - rear window defogger gets reduced - steering wheel / mirror / washer jet heating gets turned off Or the blower output stage died and that's the one that is draining the battery. _____ While driving up/down rolling hills at 80km/h with A/C on the stats typically look like engine 95-102, radiator 80-95. coolant pump running between 53 1/min and 150 1/min fan does not run (that i can hear). When i turn off the A/C and put on the heater the temp drops about 10deg, the pump starts cycling 0-200 1/min and and the fan starts cycling. Bmw E90 Fan Assembly 4 PIN . R4,250.00 R3,399.00. 5. Turn the car on and check all fan speeds for noise, repeat the above until fixed. Note - If the fan is seized you may be able to free it off manually through the louvres under the hood. WARNING Ensure your engine is off when doing this otherwise you may injure your fingers if the fan suddenly starts.
So the fix is to check for a blown fuse in the oil sensor circuit, then track down and repair the fault that caused the fuse to blow (which usually turns out to be a short in the oil sensor wiring or the sensor itself). On E46, E83 and M54 models, check Fuse 30 and also Fuse 9. On E53 and M62 models, check Fuse 5. I have a 1999 BMW 323i which the ac was working perfectly fine. My instrument panel for the ac/heater blipped and went black, which shut down my ac. Now nothing turns on, defroster, ac, heater, fan speed, temperature control; nothing lights up. I checked the fuses and they are all fine.
2006 BMW 325i E90 sedan heater not blowing hot. I have recently run into an issue of my heater not working. Took to mechanic and said I needed to replace entire cooling system except radiator. Hoses, reservoir, water pump, transmission cooler and lines, thermostat and heater control valve. Wanted over $3k to do the work.

Temperature control is by left and right hot engine coolant radiators, after the one AC evaporator, each with its outlet thermometer (that you can see just inside the left and right center grilles). MAX shuts all the flappers except those that blow in your face, sets blower speed to maximum, and thermostat to 60°F. Join Date: Sep 2013. Today I got a "remedy available" letter for the PCV valve heater recall announced this spring but had no solution at that time. The fix is to install a wiring harness with an inline fuse, which will presumably blow instead of catch on fire when rbOVL.
